I tried to pay with my credit card but it says declined - why?
Solution
There are many reasons why the system will decline your credit card. The most common reason is address mismatch.
Make sure you type in your correct billing address. As a security feature, the system will compare the billing address on file for the credit card against what you enter on the order form. If there is no match, the payment will be declined.
Another reason will be an incorrect expiry date and/or security code. Make sure you enter those numbers correctly.
The CVV number (or security code) is the last 3 digits on the back of the Visa and MasterCard and the 4 digit code on the front of AMX.
